So you might be wondering, how did she have pizza and gelato from two different spots at the same time? Well, the answer is actually quite simple, a food court! Nosta cafe and Galaxy pizza are both located at No. 2 Atakpame street, chocolate mall, Wuse 2 Abuja. Prior to the launch of my blog, I had visited Nosta cafe a couple of times but I have never actually tried the galaxy pizza or burger. This time around I decided to try both and get a good review for my readers.
Nosta Cafe – Gelato
Nosta cafe is a nice little cafe spot at the chocolate mall food court that sells amazing cakes, pastries, shakes, hot & cold beverage as well as my fave, ice cream. As I mentioned earlier, I have tried out Nosta cafe before and it was amazing! this time wasn’t any different. They serve a unique variety of ice cream flavours that are very rich and creamy. some of them include; mango, salted caramel, cookies and cream, coffee, strawberry, white chocolate, cotton candy, blueberry and so much more.
There is no menu for the ice cream so you are to choose from any of the available flavours on display. A scoop of ice cream costs NGN800. You can have as many scoops as you wish in a cup or a cone(the cone costs N200). I had 2 scoops of ice cream(NGN1,600) – Salted caramel and coffee with broken waffle toppings because I do love me some crunch in my ice cream. It tasted marvellous, I totally recommend this combo. The coffee ice cream had tiny Hershey chocolate bars in it and my heart literally melted when I realised.
My sisters had the Amarena/salted caramel with broken waffle topping(second frame) and the chocolate flakes/salted caramel combo (third frame). I had a taste of both and I totally recommend these combo’s.
The only problem I had with the cafe was their service. It’s not that the customer service was bad, the staff were actually very nice but I think they undercharged me. Firstly, they charged me for 1 ice cream instead of 4(8 scoops). I had to go back to them to let them know and I think they also forgot to charge for the toppings. It’s not the fist time I’ve had this experience at Nosta cafe, it has happened more than once.

Galaxy pizza – Pizza
It was my first time trying galaxy pizza and I just want to say they have officially become my pizza plug in Abuja. I ordered the BBQ CHICKEN SPECIAL PIZZA (family size) and it cost NGN5,000. It was marvellous! The pizza was not greasy and I loved how it wasn’t flat. They were definitely not selfish with the ingredients. The pizza was very rich and filled with a lot of everything. It had cheese, bbq chicken, tomatoes, onions, green pepper, garlic, red pepper and bbq sauce.
Another thing I loved about galaxy pizza was their menu. Although I didn’t get a picture of their menu, I can still remember it quite vividly. They have a price range of about NGN3,500 – NGN10,000. Their menu also features a wide range of options like arabica piazza, Hawaiian pizza, pepperoni pizza, chicken shawarma pizza, cheesesteak pizza and so much more. I also liked the fact that each item on the menu had a picture of it on the side which gives you a visual representation of what you’re about to order.
I will definitely be visiting both places again soon and I’ll be sharing an update about my experience.
